I live in Cornwall and work as a Fundraising and Conservation Coordinator at a seal sanctuary. I also write, mostly on the subjects of Cornwall, walking and nature, as well as holding the position of Project Manager at New Nature magazine.

I have been fortunate to work with big names such as Countryfile, Countryman, Bird Watching, The Sun, The Wildlife Trusts, West Briton, Life With Pets, Cornwall Today, Cornish Seal Sanctuary and Mountain Warehouse. I currently have a column in Cornwall Life magazine and previously held a long-running column in Small Furry Pets about wildlife.

My writing has been featured in two publications; Summer: An Anthology for the Changing Seasons‘ and Terra Incognita’s ‘Wildlife Blogger of the Year 2018’.

In my spare time I sit on the committee of Cornwall Mammal Group and hold volunteer positions with British Myriapod and Isopod Group, the Woodland Trust and Cornwall Wildlife Trust.
