I live in Cornwall and currently work in the field of conservation, using writing as a communication tool to try and motivate others on the subject of the environment.

I write a regular column for Cornwall Life and have had features in BBC Countryfile, Bird Watching, The Countryman, Creative Countryside, Cornwall Today, The Sun and lots more. I previously held a column in Small Furry Pets that focused on wildlife species. I have also written pieces for The Wildlife Trusts, the Woodland Trusts, the Cornish Seal Sanctuary and other wildlife charities.
I am a Director at New Nature magazine, an e-magazine that is written for young naturalists, and have featured in two books; Terra Incognita’s 2018 wildlife blogger collection and The Wildlife Trust’s ‘Summer’ anthology. I can turn my hand to a variety of different styles and have written information pieces, guides, guidebooks and leaflets.
